Cordelia Asher – Personal Trainer
My fitness industry career spans 10 years and has seen me work in a number of international locations from private health clubs in Spain to the most exclusive of cruise liners. During this time I have enjoyed working with a wide range of clients and have seen them achieve all manner of results in terms of weight loss and health improvement.
More recently I have worked as a freelance class instructor teaching a variety of classes including the famous BTS Les Mills Body Balance, Body Pump and RPM. As much as I enjoy teaching in a class environment I have realized that I achieve the best results with the clients that I work with on a one-to-one basis. Therefore I now devote increasingly more of my time to advising clients on appropriate exercise prescription and nutrition.
As a fitness professional I am dedicated to staying up to date with the most recent research and training. As such I regularly attend a variety of training courses, seminars and conferences so as to always be armed with new ideas to keep my clients moving forwards.
Exercise has always been a key part of my life and it is my aim to help others achieve a level of health and fitness that truly improves their whole wellbeing.
