Ian McBride – Personal Trainer

I have had a keen interest in health and fitness for many years and have enjoyed playing rugby, football and attending my local gym.  My ever-growing passion and enjoyment of being active recently led to a dramatic career change and my qualification as a Personal Trainer.

As my career has developed I have become increasingly concerned by how many of the people I meet have been mis-informed about how best to achieve the body, health and lifestyle that they want.  As a result I have dedicated myself to the education and motivation of those that I train so that they can avoid wasting their time, money and energy on principles that simply do not work.

Whether you are new to exercise and feel unsure of what to do for the best, or you have been exercising for some time without seeing significant results, then I am confident that you will enjoy and benefit from my friendly and professional guidance.
