Mark Nicol – Advanced Personal Trainer and Movement Specialist
Having played numerous sports including county level rugby and basketball, my life has been dedicated to health and fitness from a young age. With more than 10 years of gym and exercise experience, I have developed a great passion for my work and have worked with many clients to achieve a range of goals including weight management, postural correction, injury rehabilitation and sports conditioning.
I am an avid learner and am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research, techniques and findings. The knowledge and experience that I have gained has enabled me to develop an approach to personal training which allows me to combine proven scientific principles with the latest training techniques to achieve maximum results for my clients.
I hold the strong belief that as personal trainer I should be the source of inspiration to my clients, making sure that each training session is a valuable learning experience and the high point of their day.
