Exercise is for life not just for after Christmas. Training with Mk1 Personal Training has made a marked improvement to both my health and fitness.

2-years ago I developed a back problem and my osteopath advised me that I needed to exercise or risk osteoporosis. My GP was also becoming concerned about my blood pressure. I had never exercised before and had no idea where to start.  I had heard good things about Mark and approached him to take me on.

Mark assessed me thoroughly and helped me set realistic goals that I could achieve at my own pace. Having Mark as my personal trainer keeps me motivated and gives me the confidence to workout alone too. If you are serious about getting fit properly then Mark is not a luxury but an absolute necessity.

2-years on and I only see my osteopath every 6-months. I have lost the weight that was collecting around my waist (almost 2-inches), and my blood pressure is back to normal without the use of medication.  All in all, I feel great!
