Sound like anybody you know? Well that was definitely me and, no doubt, if you’re honest, probably some of that is you too! So your big first move to make the essential change and start seeing the improvement is to summon the courage to ask for some professional guidance. I spoke to Mark after working out at Clarice House and haven’t looked back since!
My initial goals were to improve and stabilise my posture, and to reduce my body fat percentage. I knew I needed to vary my routine regularly and to check on progress by measuring and monitoring my results but did not have the knowledge or the inclination to do it.
Having worked with Mark for 6 months, my posture has visibly improved and I’ve reduced my body fat percentage from 19% to 14.2%. My goals have changed regularly as I’ve achieved initial targets and grown in confidence and I’m now working to increase muscle mass in all the major muscle groups again by a gradual, progressive routine masterminded and monitored regularly by Mark.
Mark’s knowledge, dedication and encouragement to set me challenging, progressive routines have been exactly what I needed. His professionalism in constantly monitoring and encouraging my progress while continuously reconciling this back to my initial goals and helping me to progress and move those goal posts further has been the key factor for me in my progression.
