Can you imagine buying a product, only to find that it does not do what it says it will do?  You would not be too happy and certainly would not buy the same product again!  However, this is exactly how the diet and weight loss industry continues to generate millions of pounds each year; selling products that do not work!

The average woman will spend £150,164 on weight loss regimes in her lifetime and yet will only lose an average of 3lbs per year.  That is a staggering £807 per lbs!

Weight and fat loss is commonly associated with restricting calories and exercising tirelessly.  It is often over looked that obesity is a condition of under nourishment rather than simply over eating.  Processed foods and poor nutritional choices commonly mean that the body receives little nourishment from what is eaten.  These empty calories are stored as fat whilst the body calls for more food to try and get the nutrients it needs.  Restricting calories further and making the wrong exercise choices will only make matters worse.
